Summer is in full bloom, friends. And if you ask me, there is no better way to celebrate than with a fresh, light, refreshing salad.
This Summer Cherry and Prosciutto Salad is one of our favorites these days…the sweet cherries, tart goat cheese and salty, crispy proscuitto make the perfect team. It makes a wonderful main course and is also great as a side paired with grilled chicken…and use it on company..they’ll think ‘you so fancy’ without having a clue how simple it is to create
