Healthy Food on a Budget: Whole Foods Store Tours

Do you pack your kids’ lunches?  It can feel hard to pack a healthy lunch every day.  I’m a new school mom ,first year with a Kindergartner, and though we’ll let our daughter eat school lunch sometimes, I’m not overly impressed with the school lunch choices and how not-so-healthy the options seem to be, but it often feels like filling our grocery cart with healthy lunch options can add up fast.

I’ll admit I’m not the best at planning ahead for the grocery store, so I’m super pumped about our next event and hoping to get a good education on how to feed my family healthy food at a better price point.  I hope you’ll join us – what we feed our kids fuels their day and gives them good energy, and the same is true for you too!  See all the information below and come for some learning and time to hang out with other moms and maybe even win a Whole Foods Gift Card.  We only have space for a handful of moms on each tour, so if you’re interested, reserve your spot asap!

 Monday, October 6th from 6:30-8:30pm

Plus, ways to make eating healthier easier for the whole family. We’ll also have other handy cooking tips, snacks and enter to win one of two $50 gift cards.

Tours will be at 6:45pm and 7:30pm.

Whole Foods Market will be providing snacks in their cafe area and giving away 2 $50 gift cards to attendees that evening.  We’d love for you to come before your tour, or stick around after to enjoy some snacks and some time just for you.  Register below!
