If you were following us last year, you may remember all of the ADORABLE little contestants in our “cutest little hawkeye” contest! (If you need a reminder of their cuteness, check out our Facebook album by clicking here.) Well, it’s about that time again! Fall has arrived quickly this year, and Hawkeye football has returned. After our unlucky meet up with the team-that-will-remain-nameless last week, it’s about time we busted out the black and gold to the max and show our spirit!
Once again, we have a super fun contest for you and your adorable LITTLE HAWKEYE FANS!! This contest will run for ONE week, and there will only be ONE winner…and we have an amazing prize package for the little winner! (details below) So, get out your cameras and smart phones, and start snapping those pictures to join in the fun!
How to Enter:
- Email your cutest little hawkeyes pics to [email protected] // by NOON on Wednesday, September 24th.
- All of the pictures received will be posted in an album on our Facebook page by 5:00pm CST on Wednesday (September 24th). The picture that receives the most “likes” (in our official entry album) by kickoff on Saturday, September 27th (11:00am CST) will win the game day giveaway basket (see more details below).
- The winner will be announced on Saturday, September 27th at kickoff when the Hawkeyes take on Purdue! So, be sure to check who won the contest at 11am, just before the Hawkeyes win!
Official Rules:
- -Pictures should be family friendly. ICMB reserves the rights to use discretion in which pictures are posted.
- -Only submit pictures to which you have the legal rights (i.e. they are your children and it’s your photograph – if it’s a professional picture, please credit the photographer in a comment and disclose that you have rights to post). By sending the picture to Iowa City Moms Blog, you are agreeing to having the image posted on social media.
- -Please send pictures of ONE child per entry. If you have more than one child, feel free to send pictures of each one individually! The more the merrier! (because this is a “littlest hawkeye” contest, please send only photos of children 10 years old and under).
- -Pictures must be EMAILED to [email protected] , NOT posted to our Facebook page. ICMB will not accept pictures posted to the page as official contest entries.
- -Pictures must be liked in the album on our Facebook page, NOT on a picture that is shared. So please be sure that you are clear with your friends and family when asking them to vote! Only album image “likes” will be counted (this means your friends and family have to go to the ICMB Facebook page, scroll through the album and vote).
For the Winner:
If your picture receives the most “likes” in the official contest album, we have quite the PRIZE BASKET for you filled with black and gold goodies for both you and your little ones to enjoy! with a total value of over $200!!
