I got the chance to chat with the giveaway winner, Meghan, to learn more about her experience working with Kerri Photography.

DMMB: What was your experience working with Kerri Photography like when compared to other photographers you have worked with in the past?
Meghan: First of all, I was so excited to have won the giveaway package! Kerri was so professional and followed up with me right away and often. I really wanted fall photos of our family and Kerri was so flexible to let us wait until fall to use the giveaway package!
DMMB: Describe your experience in working with Kerri through the pre-session details.
Meghan: I really appreciated the opportunity to sit down with Kerri initially so she could explain everything to me. She asked questions about what we wanted in our photos and listened to our desires instead of pushing her thoughts on us. She even worked around our busy schedules when arranging the meeting as she met with us when it was convenient for our schedule. Kerri is super organized and thorough and clearly explained how everything was going to happen and the timeline for each step.
DMMB: Describe your experience in working with Kerri during the session.
Meghan: The way she photographed our family was really special. Instead of ‘posing’ us, she simply followed around our daughter and let her do her own thing. Lucy played around and Kerri captured her natural activities which was fun to see in the photos. We had a really fun time as a family.
DMMB: Describe your experience in working with Kerri through post session details.
Meghan: I really appreciated the chance to review the proofs together with Kerri before she edited them. She had selected the ‘top’ photos, yet reviewed every one of them. It gave her a chance to see which photos I liked, and focus on those first and foremost. I was surprised the photos were ready for us just about two weeks later already! She even delivered them to me at work.
DMMB: Describe your experience in having Kerri Photography work with your child.
Meghan: Kerri was amazing with Lucy! Lucy warmed up to her right away and even asked to give her a hug at the end. It meant a lot to me that Kerri was so welcoming and open to Lucy hugging her.
DMMB: Would you recommend Kerri Photography to your friends/family [if so why]?
Meghan: Absolutely! Kerri was amazing to work with. She was beyond professional in all stages of the process and we consider ourselves fortunate to have had the chance to work with her.
DMMB: How would you describe the photos [and memories] Kerri Photography provided you with?
Meghan: The entire process was wonderful and we love our photos. We get a ton of compliments from friends and family who see the photos. We are thankful we have the photos to capture such an amazing day!
