I would love a new pair of Tory Burch flats, a watch {have my eye on a couple}, pair of black Uggs, another Consuela bag would be awesome, and anything from Kendra Scott wouldn’t hurt 😉 We are skipping on gifts like this though {as we usually do} and will be getting stuff for our house {a new custom couch should be here this week or next!} That is usually what we do for Christmas as a couple. Every once in a while we do “normal” gifts, but usually we buy a piece of furniture or something fun together. Just fine with me!

An X5 (a stretch I know), a new Louis Vuitton, a maternity massage at Milk and Honey, wood floors for our bedroom, surround sound for our outdoor area…I’ll probably get the massage and some socks lol!

I have been thinking and thinking about what I want for Christmas and my list is pretty lame! I wish we could have our cleaning lady come every week. Every other week is awesome, but my dream would be for her to come every week! A natural delivery!! A new lens for my ‘fancy’ camera (I have a Canon Rebel). I love the lens I have but it doesn’t zoom so it limits a lot of the pictures I try to take. That’s all I got…we are seriously asking for money from our parents to help pay for the doula, etc. HA!

Our family does a very simple Christmas … although, looking under our tree, you can’t really tell since the presents seem to be piled high. 😉 I could list a zillion things I want … but I try to keep a little perspective during this holiday season. First of all, I don’t want my kiddos being raised to get whatever they want, when they want it. It’s a rough way to live … never being happy with what you have and always longing for more. Or always looking at what other people have. So, while I have my eyes on a few two thousand dollar lenses for my camera (say, the new 24-70 2.8L ii which is a mere $2300) and a pair of new Lucchese cowboy boots … I asked for a very simple (yet beautiful) necklace from Mya Bruce Designs. We only get one thing in our house to which we want … and then we get one thing we need, one thing to wear and one thing to read. It’s a tradition we started when Sabrina was one … and we love it! So, I see a little box under the tree and something tells me I got exactly what I asked for.
There you have it folks….we have quite a wide variety of wishes and hopes. Wonder what will make it under the tree? 😉
