San Antonio Children’s Museum Kids’ Countdown
Wednesday, December 31 from 9:00 A.M.–noon
Cost: $10 for non-members, FREE for members
Count down the New Year at the kid-friendly hour of noon with the San Antonio Children’s Museum. Kids and families will rock out to some funky beats, toast with sparkling juice, and watch the ball drop while flicking a flutter-fetti stick, sending colored confetti everywhere. Space is limited and reservations are suggested.

Bowlero’s New Year’s Eve Celebrate on the Lanes
Wednesday, December 31—Family Packages from 1:00–4:00 P.M. or 5:00–8:00 P.M.
Cost: $27.95 per guest
Details: Bring in the New Year with unlimited bowling and shoe rentals, a gourmet kid-friendly buffet, unlimited soft drinks, and a sparkling cider/champagne toast.

SeaWorld San Antonio’s New Year’s Eve Twilight Party
Wednesday, December 31—Park opens at noon, Fireworks display at 9:00 P.M.

Celebrate San Antonio’s New Year’s Eve Festival

Cost: FREE
Details: With music and special entertainment areas for children and families, this NYE celebration attracts more than 250,000 people to downtown San Antonio and ends with the Valero Fireworks Extravaganza at midnight.
**Many downtown hotels like Fairmount Hotel are offering packages and special rates for you to enjoy Celebrate San Antonio and see the fireworks shows right outside of your hotel window.

Fireworks at the Shops at La Cantera
Wednesday, December 31, show usually starts at 9:00 P.M.
Cost: FREE
Details: Grab a parking spot at Neiman Marcus parking lot and watch the fireworks from Fiesta Texas. Bring some snacks, hot chocolate, champagne and cider, and don’t forget your lawn chairs and blankets. If you decide to actually go to Fiesta Texas on New Year s Eve, it opens at 1:00 p.m. and stays open until 1:00 A.M.
